SML Entertainment Return Policy
Our goal is to create a simplified and positive shopping experience for all our customers. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out to give us the opportunity to make it right. We will do everything in our power to correct the situation in our effort to have 100% customer satisfaction.
Please note all water care products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or unused water care items. In cases of product refund other than watercare items, the refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. The customer will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping your SML Entertainment products.
If your Item(s) arrive damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 1-403-291-1666. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by a SML Entertainment representative. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. SML Entertainment will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

After Your Return is received by SML Entertainment
Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team one business day, up to 24 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system.
Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-4 days.
Defective products
SML is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.
If nevertheless you receive a product purchased from SMLentertainment.com/store which seems to be damaged, you may return it to SML in accordance with the return policy. Upon receipt, SML may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
If your product is declared as defective by SML, the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer:
i) SML may send you the same product in the exact same size, subject to availability,
ii) SML may offer you a full refund. This will cover everything except water care products unused or used. SML Entertainment cannot accept bottles of water care products.
iii) Return shipping is free of charge for eligible products. You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your order to initiate a return. Returns beyond 14 days may incur additional shipping charges.
iii) Defective products may be subject to an existing Guarantee or third party Warranty that may already be in place from other manufacturers where applicable.
Orders
Once you have chosen a product, click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button to place this product in your shopping bag. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping bag (subject to availability and quantity limits) or proceed to “Checkout” by clicking the Check out button.
