Caldera Hot Tubs
CALDERA SPAS & HOT TUBS
We are proud to offer Caldera Spas in our 4 Alberta showrooms. We sell and service Caldera Spas in our Calgary, Red Deer and Edmonton locations. There are many hot tubs and spas in the market today. However, the closer you look, the easier it is to narrow your choice. If you want to transform tension into rejuvenation every time you step into your hot tub, look no further than Caldera Spas.
Energy Efficiency
Caldera Spas are committed to energy-efficient design as a way to save energy and save you money on operating costs. Caldera Spas has innovative full foam FiberCor® insulation, highly efficient EnergyPro® heater system and custom-fit covers. Our spas meets the most stringent energy efficiency standards established for portable spas. And that saves you money.
Powerful Massage
Sometimes, you want to feel a gentle flow of water. But when you need a deep massage and the wellness benefits it offers, a Caldera Spas pump is designed to provide it. We make sure it’s easy for you to customize your massage so that it works specifically for you.
Ergonomic Seating
Caldera Spas have created ergonomically sculpted seats that comfortably cradle you, decompress your spine, and keep you aligned. Combined with the buoyancy of the water, the seat’s design releases pressure off parts of the body that are under stress all day
Hot Tub Circuit Therapy
Each seat or position in a Caldera spa provides a deep massage to a different muscle group. As you move from seat to seat, jets focus on those groups, one at a time, including your neck and shoulders, the large muscles of your back, lower back, hamstrings, calves and feet.

Frequently asked questions
My hot tub isn't heating—what should I do?
Check your breaker first, then inspect the filter and water levels. If the issue continues, contact our service team for support.
Why is my hot tub water cloudy?
Poor filtration, old filters, or imbalanced chemicals can cause cloudy water. A water test and filter clean are good first steps.
My jets aren't working properly. How do I fix this?
Ensure all jets are open, and check for airlocks in the pump system. If problems persist, schedule a service call with our technicians.
Why does my hot tub have a strong chemical smell?
This often signals an imbalance in water chemistry. Use a test strip and adjust accordingly, or bring a water sample to one of our showrooms.
What's the best way to prevent algae or bacteria growth?
Consistent water testing, sanitizing, and filter cleaning are key. We also recommend routine draining and refilling every 3–4 months.
